• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of virtualization platforms, cloud services, and system architectures. 

Guide the team in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing optimal solutions. 

Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and system maintenance activities. Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. 

Conduct performance evaluations and recommend career development opportunities for team members. 

Develop and enforce system security policies, including access controls, patching, and vulnerability management. 

Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization. Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability. 

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and team activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proficiency in managing virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, OpenStack) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.

Experience with system automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Proven expertise in virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and system integration.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and documentation skills.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in system engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the ISP/telecom industry.
