Job Description

Monitor ISP network infrastructure to identify and respond to any abnormal behavior, performance degradation, or service disruptions.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing protocols, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Basic knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 client OS and Windows server 2012/16/19/22 OS.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Check to log, track, and report on network incidents and resolution progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providers and vendors to ensure effective communication and resolution of network-related issues.

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+).
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, to provide 24/7 network monitoring and support.
